Vae Victis issue #66. This game simulates the totality of the conflict which opposed the Western Allies and the Soviets to the Axis forces between September 1939 and May 1945. This is primarily a solitaire game where the player will in turn be the offensive player for the Axis (early on) then take the offensive for the Allies after Stalingrad and El Alamein. The rules take care of the passive player in each phase of the war.This game is based on the rules for Typhon sur la Pacifique (Vae Victis 40), which did the same thing for the war in the Pacific. - BoardGameGeek
