L'Encanteur - the French fish auctioneer The bidding's master of ceremony - l'encanteur - used to sing prices. The song-bidding system is a two-phase process : first, the price decreasing phase and then the price increasing phase. Each player impersonates a restaurant owner.Goal : Be the first to serve your secret fish-combination after having made your shopping at the song-bidding.
